Vinification/Ageing: Hand-harvest in the beginning of October. Destemming and gentle mashing, 14 days of skin maceration, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel for about 16 months and another 4 months after bottling.

Tasting Note: ;A mid-weight everyday Nebbiolo that has aromas of rose petals and red fruit with very fresh, some mineral notes.
