Vinification/Ageing: 14 days fermentation in stainless steel tanks, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, with 10-12 months ageing in second and third passage barriques.
Description: Bright ruby with a nose of red berry fruits, aromatic herbs and spice. The palate is consistent, offering a beautiful balance. Produced according to natural philosophy; indigenous yeasts, no fining and no filtration. The perfect introduction to Northern Piemontese Nebbiolo. 4500 bottles made; a great value.
