Vinification/Ageing: Traditional red fermentation in vertical wooden ‘tini’ (conical in shape), with maceration on the skin for 30 days. 18 months malolactic fermentation in cement tanks followed by 2 months ageing in the bottle.
Description: This elegant pale garnet-red wine, of medium-full body sings of strawberry patch purity, volcanic minerals, and warm Sicilian breezes. Cherry-like background with aromas of violet, carob and wild blackberry. Balanced tannins with a savoury finish.

Offers flavors of dried cherry and raspberry fruit, a touch of cured tobacco and accents of ground white pepper and citrus. Lightly chewy on the lingering finish.
