Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration for 15-20 days, and remains on its fine lees following malolactic. Vinified all in stainless steel and bottled 12 to 15 months after harvest.
Description: Brilliant ruby red with notes of tart red berries, warm earthiness and pleasant spicy notes. Smooth and fresh palate with delicate tannins, moderately warm, and a persistent finish. 8,000 bottles made.
