Vinification/Ageing: Classic red fermentation in vertical wooden ‘tini’ (conical in shape), with maceration on the skin for 30-90 days. Malolactic fermentation followed by 24 months ageing in large oak and 6 months refinement in bottle.
Description: Graci's Arcurìa originates from an ancient vineyard from a native variety. Bright ruby red with notes of smoke, menthol and leather. Soft and full-bodied on the palate with silky tannins. Fresh and well-balanced.
