Vinification/Ageing: Maceration for 11 days, maturation for 12 months in oak barrels with malolactic fermentation, followed by ageing in bottle for an additional 8 months.
Description: Pale ruby red with subtle aromas of hazelnut, blackberries and currants. Velvety, harmonious flavor and fresh, rightly tannic with a dense, concentrated finish. The stone walls delimiting the Valtellina vineyards are called, in the local dialect, Garof.
