Ageing/Vinification: Slow fermentation with ageing partly in tonneau and partly in stainless steel for 6 months with at least one more month in bottle before release.
Description: Straw yellow colour with golden hues. Characteric aromas of elegant white flowers and stonefruit, balanced with smokey and toasted notes. Good structure and balance. From vineyards at an altitude of 700m, only 2,650 bottles made.
