Case of 12 bottles

Varietals: Petit Rouge (40%), Cornalin (30%) and Grenache Rouge (30%)

Ageing/Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration with a few months on the lees; aged for 3 months in steel containers, followed by at least a month in bottle before release.

Alcohol: 13%

Description:  The nose has a charming bouquet of wild strawberry, rosehip, candy apple and wet stone. The balanced palate is accompanied by supporting acidity and structure.  1,900 bottles made.
