Vinification/Ageing: Cold maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 20 days malolactic stage. 12 months ageing in oak barrels with an additional 6 months refining in bottle.

Description: Deep ruby with a dark garnet edge offering a refined bouquet of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and strong minerality. The palate is full bodied and dry, pleasantly warm and well-structured with dusty tannins. Born from the native Calabrian grape, its intensity and colour will conquer you. A regular winner of national awards.
