Varietals: 90% Gaglioppo, 10% Greco Nero
Vinification/Ageing: Cold maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 20 days malolactic stage. Ageing for 5 months in oak barrels and steel tanks and then 2 months in the bottle.
Description: A deep ruby colour with a refined bouquet of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, licorice and menthol. The palate is full bodied and dry, pleasantly warm and well-structured with soft tannins.
