Varietals: Field blend of Sauvignon Blanc, (Tocai) Friulano, Chardonnay, and Ribolla Gialla
Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in small wooden barrels of 500-600L on indigenous yeasts with malolactic fermentation after 15-20 days. Ribolla Gialla is then added to the bulk for 24 months ageing in wood. No sterile filtration; additional 12 months ageing in bottle.
Description: Golden-yellow colour; complex on the nose, elegantly intense with hawthorn and exotic fruits, spices and Mediterranean maquis. Full bodied, with balanced acidity, refined and intriguing toasted undertones. A distinct focus on its uniqueness and belonging.
