Vinification/Ageing: 10 to 45 day maceration on the skins; fermented in 150hl stainless steel tanks at 25C to 28C; bottled in early March.
Description: Intense aromas with hints of red berry. A full bodied wine that is velvety, fairly tannic and harmonic.
