Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red with an intense nose of sweet, dark black cherry, cocoa and exotic spice. Elegance, structure and the distinctive attributes of northern Piedmont and its terroir, expressed with incredible length.

Ageing/Vinification: Macaeration and fermentation in open Grenier oak vats. Duration of maceration: 36 days for Nebbiolo, 28 for Vespolina and 20 days for Croatina. Ageing: The young wine will go for 18 month in a combination of used barrique barrels as well as large Stockinger oak barrels. The Bramaterra is finally kept on bottle for another 24 month before being released to market.
