Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and ageing with 30% in oak barrels and 70% in steel vats. Natural malolactic fermentation in oak. 15 months ageing without racking followed by blending in steel for 15 months and another 12 months in bottle before release.

Description: Intense and brilliant yellow with golden highlights. On the nose it shows apricot and candied orange peel with black liquorice, anise, fennel, vanilla tobacco and crushed mineral nuances. A dense and fruity palate with a fresh and dry finish. The name Le Rive indicates a vineyard cultivated on a very sloping land.
