Vinification/Ageing: Fermenting in stainless steel vats on the skins for 14 days. Malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel followed by 12 months ageing in 35 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Description: Intense ruby colour with notes of spicy dark fruits, woodspice, and evergreen. Tannins are refined and well integrated with the oak. This is an elegant red; an age-old blend beloved by Julius Caesar.
