Vinification/Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with 10-20 day maceration on skins. Refined for 8 months in large oak.
Description: From a noble and antique process of vinification, two appreciated varietals unite and “mask” in perfect harmony. Deep cherry red colour with notes of licorice and vanilla. Smooth and velvety on the palate with slight tannins.
