Vinification/Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with 10-15 day maceration on skins. Refining in stainless steel followed by ageing in bottle.
Description: From a noble and antique process of vinification, two varietals unite and “mask” in perfect harmony. Deep cherry red colour with notes of blackberry and raspberry. Pleasant and harmonic, slightly tannic and velvety.
