Varietals: Corvina 40%, Corvinone 25%, Rondinella 30%, Oseleta, Molinara and Croatina 5%
Ageing/Vinification: 3+ months drying followed by 15 day cold maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel for 1 month and refining in 30 hl French oak barrels for at least 5 years and aged an additional year in the bottle.
Description: Red ruby colour with shades of orange. The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit with hints of mint and eucalyptus. Full bodied, well structured with elegant tannins, and a long finish. 6000 bottles made.
