Vinification/Ageing: 20 day maceration on the skins, malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Ageing in large oak barrels for 12 months followed by at another 12 months in bottle.
Description: Ruby red with a lively nose with overtones of red and black berries, leather and licorice. The palate displays well-defined tannins with a definite savoury undertone. Well-balanced and holds together well.
