Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for 20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. They occur separately for the three vineyards. Aged separately in 40, 60 and 75 –hectoliter Slavonian and Austrian oak barrels for 30 months. 6 months additional ageing in bottle before release.
Description: Brilliant garnet-red colour, with warmer tinges developing over time. Unmistakable bouquet, intense yet ethereal, very persistent, with aromas of truffles, liquorice and dried flowers. Dry on the palate, with important, full tannins.
