Vinification/Ageing: 12-15 day slow must fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and ageing for 15 months partly in large wooden barrels, partly in barrique and 6 months in the bottle.
Description: A variegated wine with an excellent, markedly fruity structure. Ruby red, medium bodied, with good palate grip. Clay and limestone soil and the cooler climate typified by the region are perfect for Pinot Nero, giving it softness, elegance, and structure.
