Vinification/Ageing: Gentle pressing of the whole grape with no prior destemming, no pellicular maceration, fermentation in stainless steel on indigenous yeasts only. No malolactic fermentation, 6 months maturation on lees in stainless steel, no oak, no fining.
Description: From a single plot of 10 year old vines in the Colli Orientali, this Ribolla Gialla is fresh and vibrant. Planted in pure limestone soils, it is a wine that quenches thirst, taut and slender, with rocks and lemon at the fore.
