Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation in stainless steel on indigenous yeasts only until sugar reaches under 2gr/l, no malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 6-8 months on lees in stainless steel. No oak, no fining.
Description: On the nose, the wine is complex with florality and notes of stone and almonds. A rounded palate remains crisp and lively thanks to a nice dose of minerality.
