Ageing/Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation tin vertical steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 20-30 days. Malolactic fermentation, with ageing in wooden barrels of different ages and capacities: from 5 to 25 hl, for 18-24 months. An additional few months ageing in bottle before release.
Description: Garnet red with classic notes of red fruits, liquorice and violet. Powerful and precise on the palate with perfect balance; memorable longevity. Made from a blend of three Grand Cru vineyards.
