Ageing/Vinification: First alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Tirage the following spring of the vintage year, “sur lie” for at least 18 months. Gavi Spumante is made by metodo classico (traditional method); bubbles are produced by in-bottle, secondary fermentation of the grape.
Description: The heady effervescence preserves the Spumante's primary floral and fruity scents, enhanced further by a pleasant acidity and fine and abundant perlage. The nose is fresh and crisp, with citrus notes, followed by nuances of fresh almond and buttery tones.
