Varietals: Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio (organic)
Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation on skins is carried out in stainless steel tanks followed by ageing in 225 liter neutral French oak barrels. There is no filtering, and only a very small amount of sulfites are added only at bottling.
Description: A rose with the character of a red! Notes of cherry and wildflowers, ripe citrus and mint. Bright, mineral acidity with soft tannins and texture. Made from a selection of the estate's oldest vines. A real show stopper.
