Description: Light straw yellow with delicate aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers and flint. A fresh mineral palate shows a streak of acidity alongside lemon peel and bitter almond. Vini Estremi ("extreme wine") is harvested from vineyards at 1200m; among the highest in all of Europe. Cave Mont Blanc represents 80 small, artisan, grower members, each too small to produce and bottle their own wine.
