Due to restrictions from the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario, wines can only be sold by the case. Generally, cases are either 12 or 6 bottles and will be indicated on the product’s page.
If the wine you are looking for is out of stock, please enter your email into the ‘Notify Me’ box. We keep track of all out of stock requests and may be able to place a special private order on your behalf. Private orders generally take 8-10 weeks to arrive after the order has been placed, but may take longer if we do not meet the minimum case amount to proceed with an order. While it is not possible to do private orders for all of our products, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely! If you would like to send wine as a gift, you may either purchase a gift card for the recipient or you may order a specific case of wine for delivery or pick up. Please note that if you would like the wine couriered to the recipient’s address they will have to be notified of the purchase to arrange delivery.
Orders can be placed online through cavinona.com or by telephone by calling (416) 203-6108. If you are ordering online, you will be prompted with delivery or pick up options during check out.
If you are placing your order via our website, you may pay securely with either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You may also pay with these methods over the phone when you place your order.
Government regulations require that individuals receiving wine orders are 19 years of age or older and are not intoxicated. Delivery agents are obligated to ask for proof of age (requiring two pieces of government issued identification with proof of age) and a signature of receipt.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Cavinona’s Business Operations Fees (i.e. shipping fees) are not refundable on returned stock.
It is our goal to deliver our products in impeccable condition, however handling glass bottles is difficult and occasionally results in breakage. Loss or damage of goods should be notified to Cavinona Inc. immediately upon receipt. Failure to notify us in due time may result in denial of liability.
Corked or otherwise defective wine will be exchanged or refunded only if the bottle, including the defective wine, is returned to Cavinona Inc. within 6 months of purchase.
