Tasting Notes: A typical summer wine: light, fresh, and fruity. Greenish – yellow in color. Peaches, nutmeg, and citrus on the nose. Very refreshing and juicy on the palate

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks. at 17° to 19° C. Aged 6 months.

Vineyard: Vineyards in the Bressanone valley basin and Cornaiano, Appiano, 700m to 900m and 350m to 420m with south, south-east and south-west facings. The soil consists of Permeable moraine deposits composed of mica schist, para gneiss and quartzite.
