Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in colour with intense aromas that are floral and fruity. On the palate, hints of white fruit, mineral and savoury.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft crushing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature for about 20 days. The wine is kept on the yeast in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Vineyard: The Camestri vineyard is located in the township of Vezza d’Alba. The terrain has South/East exposure and soil that is calcareous, sandy, with 30% gradient.
