Tasting Notes: Yellow with golden reflections, it is fresh on the nose with notes of ripe yellow fruit, persistent and typical acid in the mouth.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation 4-5 hours on the skins, controlled low temperature fermentation in stainless steel with selected yeasts. Aged 8 months in stainless steel on the lees. Fined with gum arabic, cardboard filtration, cold stabilized.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located on the lower slopes of Mount Vesuvius volcano, inside a national park. Vines planted in 1950, 250m to 300m above sea level, South West Facing, on volcanic soil.
