Tasting Notes: A dry, spicy white, with myrrh, anise and allspice notes running through the flavors of Golden Delicious apple, fig and green melon. This is backed by acidity, beautifully balanced, with incredible structure.

Ageing/Vinification: Pinot grigio was immediately pressed and must began spontaneously ferment in barriques. Chardonnay and Sauvignon destemmed grapes were macerated in Slavonian oak fermenters with indigenous easts for 4 days. Aged 11 months in barrique, refined in stainless steel vats. Unfitered.

Vineyard: 20 to 35 year old vines Gorizia, Oslavia with northeast and southwest exposure. 180m above sea level on soil that is predominately clay and marl.
