Tasting Notes: This is the wine that made Zerbina famous and presents a challenge at every harvest, so made only in the best vintages. Deep gold in colour. Notes of candied orange peel, saffron, acacia and apricot honey, always clean and refined, precise and linear. Full, structured and captivating, opulent but with engaging freshness through the very persistent finish.

Ageing/Vinification: Late harvested Albana, selected in multiple passages only parts of the bunch and single berries attacked by noble rot. Vinification in small steel tanks 100 to 270 litres. Aged in small stainless steel tanks of 100 to 270 litres.

Vineyard: Grapes from the Laghetto and Sotto Vicchio vineyards, planted in 1982 to 1988, with south east exposure and clayey, calcareous soils.
