Tasting Notes: A fresh, fruity white wine. Greenish-yellow in color. Lemon balm, chamomile, and fresh apples on the nose. Juicy-savory on the palate.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks 17°C to 19°C. Aged 6 months before release.

Vineyard: Vineyards in the Bressanone valley basin, approximately 700m to 900m above sea level with south, south-east and south west exposure. Soil consists of permeable moraine deposits composed of mica schist, para gneiss and quartzite
