Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour with violet hints. Floral and fruity aromas with hints of violet. The palate has good structure and a pleasant vibrancy.

Ageing/Vinification: Fermentation with maceration for 8/10 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks, then at least 2 months in bottle.

Vineyard: South-West facing vines, 350m to 400m above sea level on calcareous soils.
