Tasting Notes: A traditional white, with a beautiful straw color and a nice sprint determined by a fresh, typical and varietal acidity. When tasted, it convinces with a good aromatic persistence and a fragrant and relaxed body. A wine for every day. Excellent to accompany both fish and white meats.

Ageing/Vinification: wine in contact with the fine lees for a few months, with periodic batonnage. Stainless steel tanks for 30 days at 15°-17°C. Spends 3 months in bottle before being released.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in a small amphitheater-shaped plateau in whose epicenter Ofena is located, in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park. The vineyards are about 304m above sea level, under the Calderone, the only glacier in the Apennines.
