Tasting Notes: Intense garnet red in colour. Concentrated aromas of red fruit cherries with a hint of spice and flowers. Full bodied palate with soft tannins which makes it velvety.

Ageing/Vinification: Traditional method Ripasso. aged in 50% tonneaux and 50% stainless steel for about 8 months.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located on the hills around Montecchia di Crosara, which have an average altitude of 450m above sea level and east / south east exposures. Soil is poor in clay, and consists of gravel and limestone.
