Tasting Notes: In the glass, its beautiful straw yellow colour is clear; the bouquet expresses the delicate nuances of Sauvignon Blanc, with characteristic grassy notes and the complex aromas of Chardonnay with hints of Golden Delicious apple, grapefruit peel and elderflower. The palate is mineral, sapid, fresh and long-lasting.

Ageing/Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures. Aged in stainless steel on fine lees for 4 months.

Vineyard: Vineyards stand on the hills overlooking Rimini, at an average altitude of 200m above sea level, just a few kilometres from the Adriatic Sea and Mount Titano (Republic of San Marino). Soil is primarily clay, free from rock fragments, cobbles and gravel, rich in limestone and packed with organic substances.
