Tasting Notes: Bright straw-yellow with golden highlights and a very delicate bouquet with clear hints of hawthorn and acacia, delicious hints of pear and peach and a touch of hazelnut to round it all off. The palate is tasty and intriguing, marked by firm freshness and savoury imprinting that characterises the lasting finish expressed on vivid elderberry tones.

Ageing/Vinification: Cryomaceration and soft pressing of the grapes. Static decantation at the controlled temperature of 12°C. Alcoholic fermentation is entirely made in stainless steel tanks at the temperature of 14°C. Maturation on the lees for 3 months.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in the Carovigno∙Brindisi area, on tufaceous-calcareous soil.
