Tasting Notes: Straw and crystalline in colour, lively to the eye with excellent glycerine consistency. Elegant nose with floral impact of acacia, hawthorn, lily, jasmine and yellow rose. The olfactory spectrum is completed by fruity notes of apple, peach, kiwi, white plum, medlar and hints of aromatic herbs and minerality.

Ageing/Vinification: Cryomaceration of the skin for 25-30 days. And then matured in stainless steel over four months.

Vineyard: South west facing vineyard located on a hill 35 km from the sea and at an altitude of 250 meters. The Apennine mountain range creates a particular climate with heavy winter snows and dry summers, mild autumns and rainy springs. The hot southwest wind (garbino), which heats up as it descends from the mountain, creates a dry climate. The northern winds of bora and tramontana are less felt while the mistral makes its presence known. In summer there is a strong temperature difference between day and night.
