Tasting Notes: Aromatic with vibrant red fruit, Mediterranean herbs and earthy complexity. Integrated tannins and a distinct minerality are balanced with the nocera's acidity. This is focused and precise with incredible structure.

Ageing/Vinification: Traditional red winemaking, with long steeping of the skins for about 20 days at a temperature with frequent manual mixins. Aged about 24 months in oak barrels, and 10 months in bottle.

Vineyard: Vineyards are located in teh village of Faro Superiore – Messina in north eastern Sicily, from 250m to 300m above sea level. Soil consists of medium mixture characterized by layers of clay and tuff calcrete.
