Tasting Notes: Bold straw-yellow with bright golden tinges. The nose has real character, with hints of ripe tropical fruit, peach and seductive notes of sweet spices. It has a warm, velvety body that is well balanced and mouthfilling.

Ageing/Vinification: Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 24-36 hours, soft pressing of the grapes, primary fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation on the lees for several months.

Vineyard: The Le Monde vineyard is located in the Grave del Friuli area, shaped by the rivers that have deposited here the calcareous-dolomitic material torn from the mountains and carried downstream along their bed. These plots mainly consist of clayey-calcareous soils of alluvial origin, which cover the underlying gravelly layer and exalt the aromas of our best white wines. The soil, however, is also rich in microelements important for black grape varieties, which benefit from particular microclimatic conditions.
