Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with delicate aromatic notes of apple, pear nectar, meadow flower and lime. The palate reveals absolute finesse and elegance; dry and fresh with balanced structure, rounded out by a nice backbone of acidity and minerality.

Ageing/Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at controlled temperatures, aged in stainless steel tanks until bottled.

Vineyard: From grapes grown on the sunny hills of “Terlago” estate in Trentino, near the lake of Garda. The vineyards are about 50 km from Mezzocorona, and represent very diversified situations as to grounds and microclimates, with altitudes varying from 180 to 600m above sea level.
