Tasting Notes: A rich and lush body signal the heat of the vintage, yet it is brightened by its characteristic minerality and acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: Vinification in steel vats for 20 days at 23 degrees Celsius. Aged 10 months in cement vats and large oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months in bottle.

Vineyard: 4h of the Chardonnay is planted on steep terraces between 850 and 1,000m in the contrada of Guardiola, in very loose, deep, powder-like lava that is high in minerals.
