Tasting Notes: A ruby red wine with intense aromas and flavours of currants, blueberries, morello cherries.

Ageing/Vinification: Maceration on skins, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in oak barrels.

Vineyard: 100% Cesanese di Affile, the only red grape variety native to the Lazio region. grown in the Acuto region on vineyards that are 260m above seal level on clay, sub acid soil.
