Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow, with intense aromas that have floral and citric notes, particularly grapefruit.The fulness of flavour combined withn acidic structure allow it to evolve long and well in the bottle.

Ageing/Vinification: Whole cluster pressed, flotation of the must and traditional white wine fermentation with selected yeasts. 70% in steel tanks, lees contact, for 8 months - 30% in oak barrels, lees contact, for 8 months. Two battonages per week, during the months of December and November. 3 months in the bottle.

Vineyard: Rovettaz vineyard is about 1.8h, 550 mt of altitude, with a steep incline, facing south. Soil is sandy grain size typical of the region with little depth (less than 50 cm) with an abundance of stone residue.
