Ageing/Vinification: Maceration in contact with the grape skins from 10 to 14 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks

Vineyard: The Leradici plot was purchased by the Molino family in 2015. The vineyard, which boasts a privileged exposure and calcareous / clayey soils, it is located in the hamlet of Burio, one of the most charming areas of Costigliole d’Asti and of the whole territory of Monferrato.
