Tasting Notes: Deep straw yellow with golden tints. Tropical fruits on the nose alongside white peach and sweet spices. Smooth and warm on the palate, balanced and light acidity.

Ageing/Vinification: 24-36 hour pre-fermentation cold maceration, soft pressing of the grapes, followed by several months ageing on lees. All in stainless steel.

Vineyard: Cultivation zone: Grave del Friuli area, in the town of Le Monde, Prata di Pordenone. Soil type: Clay, Limestone, rich in microelements.
