Capolino Perlingieri – Greco "Vento" IGP Campania 


Grape: 100% Greco, one of Campania’s most historic white grapes, prized for its structure, freshness, and distinctive Mediterranean character.

Region: Campania IGP. The combination of warm days and cooling influences from the surrounding hills helps preserve acidity while encouraging expressive aromas.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow with brilliant highlights. Aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, pear, and wild flowers, accompanied by subtle herbal and mineral notes. Fresh and energetic on the palate, with a pleasantly rounded texture, crisp acidity, and a lingering finish.

Vinification & Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness and varietal expression, with a brief period on fine lees.

Ageing Potential: 3–5 years.

Food Pairing: Seafood, fried fish, shellfish, vegetable starters, pasta with light sauces, and fresh cheeses.

Claudio Morelli - La Vigna delle Terrazze Bianchello del Metauro DOC


Grape: 100% Bianchello, an indigenous white grape from the Marche known for its freshness, delicate aromas, and lively acidity.

Region: Marche, Bianchello del Metauro DOC. The vineyards benefit from a mild Adriatic climate, with sea breezes helping to preserve the grape’s aromatic freshness and natural acidity.

Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow with bright reflections. Delicate aromas of white flowers, pear, green apple, citrus, and subtle herbal notes. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with crisp acidity, a light body, and a clean, pleasantly mineral finish.

Vinification & Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve the wine’s freshness and varietal character, followed by a short period on fine lees.

Ermes Pavese - Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle

Grape: 100% Prié Blanc, a rare indigenous white grape cultivated at some of Europe’s highest vineyards.

Region: Valle d’Aosta, Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle DOC. The vineyards around Morgex and La Salle sit at exceptional alpine elevations, where intense sunlight, cool temperatures, and mountain conditions allow the grapes to retain remarkable acidity and freshness.

Tasting Notes: Brilliant pale yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus, mountain herbs, and subtle mineral notes. Light, vibrant, and exceptionally fresh on the palate, with crisp acidity, an elegant texture, and a long, saline finish.

Vinification & Ageing: Carefully fermented at controlled temperatures, generally in stainless steel, to preserve the purity and freshness of Prié Blanc. The wine is typically enjoyed young for its vibrant alpine character.

Grape: 100% Pigato, the signature white grape of Liguria, known for its distinctive aromatic profile, freshness, and characteristic mineral and saline character.

Region: Liguria, Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC. The Mediterranean climate and proximity to the Ligurian Sea create ideal conditions for producing fresh, aromatic wines with a pronounced maritime personality.

Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow, sometimes with golden reflections. Intense aromas of citrus, white peach, Mediterranean herbs, and yellow flowers, accompanied by subtle mineral and saline notes. Vinification & Ageing: Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve the grape’s freshness and aromatic intensity, with a short period on fine lees to add texture and complexity.
