Serraboella's sun-kissed slopes
The Cigliuti farm is a beacon of artisanal winemaking, and can be found perched in the rolling hills of Serraboella. Here, the southwest-facing slopes, bathed in sunlight, host Nebbiolo and Dolcetto vines in tufa and limestone soil, creating wines of exceptional character. To the southeast, Barbera grapes thrive in silty and clayey terrain.
Despite the challenging slopes, they use traditional methods like thinning to ensure the grapes reach perfect ripeness. Their commitment to sustainable practices and the land's natural gifts sets their production apart, resulting in wines that reflect the rugged terroir with elegance.

"Good Wines are born from good Earth "
The Cigliuti farm has been a family-run winery for four generations, meticulously overseen by Renato Cigliuti and his all-female team. His daughters Claudia and Silvia, joined originally during the summer months from a very young age. To which they fell in love with the manual work of the vineyard, and in present day continue to put their focus there. Prior to this current management, the name Fratelli Cigliuti was chosen by Renato's father and uncle, who sold grapes and bulk wine to local customers until 1964. Renato inherited the traditional art of winemaking from his grandfather, his father Leone, and his uncle Romualdo. It has always been a family affair for the Cigliuti's, which is honoured through their traditional, non-invasive winemaking style. Renato's mantra, "this blessed land," speaks to their deep connection to the terroir, with wines that tell a rich story of tradition, innovation and an unwavering commitment to quality.
