Capolino Perlingieri

Capolinio Perlingieri sits in the area of Sannio, a rural land with vineyards and olive groves that carry on as far as the eye can see. With an extinct volcano to the South, and Mount Matese to the left, leaves the farm and winery nestled in the valley.

With this, the range in temperatures create the perfect environment for their range of both red and white wines. They see everything from hot summer days, to nights cool enough for even snow on occasion. Their production varies from two plots, one is sandy and is at a lower altitude, while the second is clayey and compact. Each unique enough to allow their various wine varietals to flourish.
