IAR's dedication goes beyond winemaking alone. Committed to sustainable agriculture, education, and environmental protection, the IAR operates an experimental cellar, dairies, and cheese storage facilities. These initiatives support research and experimentation, ensuring the preservation of biodiversity and the enhancement of local products.
